About the project

A company of contact centers all the way from the Dominican Republic.

CCD Contact Centers Dominicana is our newest client from Latin America. They contacted us a few months ago, wanting a new and more modern website. The challenge here was to create something appealing for their customers and new leads, but also to make it highly functional for the employees in the company. We started the process by analyzing the market, which included the Dominican Republic and the US. With some insights from our team, we decided to use icons as a design element instead of just using bullet points. 

For the colors, the use of a tone of orange was to indicate a call to action (buttons). A darker green/blue for headlines and body text, and a lighter one for icons and buttons to jump over different sections of the site.

On the other hand, creating a Resource Center was very important for the client. Here they would be posting content regularly for their customers. We built a filtering option for the search to be more accessible and created different layouts for specific content like articles, webinars, or case studies. Also, the website allows people to check upcoming events and register if needed. 

CCD wanted to unify some internal processes that could be part of the website. So, we created an employee login for every person in the company to access. Here, they can apply for other jobs within the company or be part of representative groups, send messages through a suggestion box, see their pictures of past vents, and keep up to date with CCD News. 

We are excited about the outcome, and so was our client. So go and check out CCD’s new website!
